Kevin began his career as a Loan Officer in October 2020. Prior to joining Refi.com, he worked in Human Resources for several years before taking a leap of faith to enter the mortgage industry during COVID. He was part of the company’s second class of Loan Officers. In April 2021, Kevin was promoted to Loan Officer Team Lead. His passion for helping others grow and improve led him to become a Production Coach, a role that allowed him to focus on developing others’ skills and helping them become better versions of themselves—one of his favorite aspects of being a Team Lead, even though it is no longer part of the TL role.
